Accident Cleared at 22 Mile and Romeo Plank Intersection
The passengers involved in the accident suffered only minor injuries. Macomb Township Fire Department and MedStar Ambulance were on-site.
An accident shut down part of the intersection at 22 Mile and Romeo Plank at approximately 8 a.m. today.
Macomb Patch reader Tracey Moro reported seeing two cars towed from the scene and the Macomb Township Fire Department and MedStar Ambulance on-site.
The passengers involved in the accident suffered only minor injuries, said Macomb County Sheriff's Capt. Liz Darga. Darga said driver error is believed to be the cause of this accident.

Something needs to be done about this corner too many accidents. No one can see someone coming around the curve on romeo plank

I HATE this intersection!!! It makes me very nervous when having to make a left turn... something needs to be done like Dina said...

This is a very dangerous intersection! I avoid it at all cost. We really need left turn signals from each direction to make it safe.

Bad intersection, traffic backs up going south on Romeo Plank. Now that school is back in session, it will only get worse.
