Three Macomb County Animal Control officers rescued three deer trapped in the basement of a home under construction in Macomb Township.
A video posted on YouTube shows the officers coaxing the deer out of the building.
Jeffery Randazzo, who was named animal care and control manager for the Macomb County Animal Shelter earlier this year, was among the rescuers, according to the YouTube video.
