Drivers started sweating again last week and it wasn't due to the heat. The price per gallon of unleaded gasoline started creeping up again and this week is expected to remain around the $4 mark.

A gallon of unleaded gasoline is averaging around $4.04 a gallon in Metro Detroit and DetroitGasBuddy.com predicts that painful price will stay around for the immediate future.

While some Macomb Township gas stations have surpassed this $4 mark, others were keeping prices at $3.95 late Sunday night.
