You can leave your umbrella at home today, for there's not a raindrop in sight. It will be mostly sunny, with a high near 80 degrees during the day, and a few clouds will roll in this evening to drop the low to around 60 degrees, according to the National Weather Service.
Artist Shirl Hathaway has received hundreds of awards and recognitions for her work in a career that has spanned four decades. Now retired from Chippewa Valley, the Macomb Township resident continues to pursue her love of color, movement and expression.
Fans of food and auto parts have two new shopping options in Macomb with the recent opening of stores in the Pizza Hut and AutoZone chains. Pizza Hut opened two weeks ago and AutoZone just opened on Friday, Aug. 26.
