Was it an iPhone (which version?), an Android smartphone, the latest iPad, an Android tablet, a laptop computer, digital camera or something else?

I got a Kindle Touch. I like that it's just for reading (you can browse the Web but it's in black & white, so not a great option) so I'm not distracted by the other options available on my iPhone. I hope to get more reading done in 2012!

I love my Kindle! I was one of those book people that swore I would never have one, but I got one as a gift and I have to say I've fallen in love with it. In the last two months alone I've read five books. The Kindle just makes it so easy and I carry it around with me everywhere. Enjoy!

I had bought my mom a paperback book, but my dad bought her a Kindle Fire for Christmas. I returned the book and "gifted" her the same title to her Kindle. I flipped through the first chapter and it was incredibly user-friendly. I'll eventually get an e-reade, if only for the fact that the last time I moved, my books took up several huge boxes and they all weighed a ton.

I got a Nook Tablet (thanks Mom and Dad). Still learning how to use it, but except for a frantic call to the Barnes and Noble to find out how to get to the keyboard to register it, I've figured quite a bit out on my own.
