Thanksgiving is Thursday, Nov. 22, this year. Here's a look at when the various schools and government offices in Macomb Township will close in honor of the 2012 holiday.

Macomb Township Offices

  • Nov. 22-23

Macomb Township Recreation Center

  • Nov. 22

Clinton-Macomb Public Library - All Branches

  • Closes at 6 p.m. Nov. 21; Nov. 22

Chippewa Valley Schools

  • Nov. 21-23

L'Anse Creuse Public Schools

  • Nov. 20, half day for elementary; Nov. 21-23

Utica Community Schools

  • Nov. 21-23

International Academy of Macomb

  • Nov. 21-23

New Haven Community Schools

  • Nov. 20, half day for elementary; Nov. 21-23

Immanuel Lutheran School

  • Nov. 21-23

St. Peter Lutheran School

  • Nov. 21, 11:45 a.m. dismissal; Nov. 22-23

Lutheran High School North

  • Nov. 21, noon dismissal; Nov. 22-23

Macomb Community College, Center Campus

  • There will be no classes Nov. 20-22. All buildings and offices will be open on Nov. 20, with the exception of the library, which will be closed.

Macomb County Government Offices & Courts, including 41A District Court in Shelby Township

  • Nov. 21-23

U.S. Post Office

  • Nov. 22
