Votes are only counted once. If your friends voted in this category before, they cannot vote again. You must also be a registered user of Patch for your vote to count.

So, my daughter registered, confirmed her registration, voted...and the count still didn't change. I watched her do all of that...what gives?

I'm going to contact our help desk and find out what's going on. In the meantime, let me know which school your daughter voted for and I'll take that into account in the final total.
