PLANTE MORAN’S GORDON KRATER TO SPEAK AT WALSH COLLEGE

Gordon Krater, CPA, managing partner, Plante Moran, will be the featured speaker at the Walsh College Student Success Series at 4:45 p.m., Tuesday, March 25, in Room 199, Barry Center, Walsh College Troy campus.

Krater, named one of the “100 Most Influential People” in the accounting profession by Accounting Today, is scheduled to discuss business experience, success stories, and life and professional lessons.

He has held leadership positions at the firm for more than 25 years. As managing partner of Plante Moran, Krater guides client service, growth, people development, risk management, and strategic direction.  With Krater’s leadership, Plante Moran has maintained its presence on Fortune’s list of the “100 Best Companies to Work For.”

He is a graduate of the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business, with a BBA in accounting.  He is known as a leader who models and encourages in others what he calls “true stewardship.”
