CARE of Southeastern Michigan's Project FOCUS Camp

At CARE of Southeastern Michigan’s Project FOCUS (Families Overcoming Crisis and Understanding Strengths) Youth Support Summer Camp we empower children and caregivers with the skills necessary to live, and even thrive, in a family where addiction is present. We offer hope for a brighter tomorrow and freedom from guilt and shame. Camp days are filled with fun activities built around important themes, like “Feelings” and “Self-Worth.” Campers learn skills to cope with anger and anxiety, and healthy ways to care for themselves, not to mention they have the opportunity to make new friends! Activities include yoga, mobile dentist, Puppy Care, art therapy, Music and Movement, self defense, and nutrition classes on top of daily games and crafts!

Space is limited and pre-registration is required by July 20th, 2012. Please contact CARE of Southeastern Michigan at 586.541.0033 ext.224 or visit our website, www.careofsem.com for more information and registration forms.
