Got an iPad, Kindle or other eReader? You Can Download Library Books

Here's how to access free eBooks from the Clinton-Macomb Public Library.

If your gifts include a devide of the eReading sort, the Clinton-Macomb Public Library has a collection of titles that you can borrow to get your eReading adventure started.

Library card holders in Clinton or Macomb townships can browse the collection by visiting the website for Suburban Library Cooperative's (SLC) OverDrive Collection. (Go to the Clinton-Macomb Public Library online catalog and limit your search to the "All Downloadables from Overdrive" collection.)

The library's default loan period for eBooks is seven days, although patrons can keep eBooks for up to 14 days. When the loan period is over, access to the title simply expires (meaning no overdue fees!).
