Macomb Township Man Shows Detroit Pride on The Price is Right

Lawrence Santavicca, a field sales manager at AAA's Shelby Township office, was a contestant on the popular game show, he told The Macomb Daily.

A Macomb Township resident showed off his Detroit pride as a contestant on the longstanding game show, "The Price is Right."

Lawrence Santavicca is wearing a Detroit Tigers shirt during his appearance scheduled to air at 11 a.m. Wednesday on WWJ-HD Channel 62, Detroit’s CBS affiliate, he told The Macomb Daily.

Santavicca, a field sales manager at AAA's Shelby Township office, was not allowed to disclose what happened after he was selected to "come on down" for the show hosted by Drew Carey. But, he says he gladly represented his hometown.

“My heart is always in Detroit,” he told the newspaper. “I’m proud of Detroit. I was born here.”
