Music Video Uses Macomb Voices to Spread Anti-Bullying Message

Mad Habit Media's latest production–a music video raising awareness on bullying in schools–is set to debut at the American International Toy Fair in New York City.

When The Choose Friendship Company launches their anti-bully, pro-friendship campaign in New York City next week, it will be a Macomb Township voice spreading the message.

Several months ago, The Choose Friendship Company, formerly Clinton Township toy manufacturer Crorey Creations, partnered with Macomb Township-based to produce a music video that would raise awareness on bullying in schools and inspire kids to “pay‐it‐forward” with friendship.

The finished product, featuring the original song, Inside Out, will debut at the 109th annual American International Toy Fair in New York City this February.

The video, headlined by Macomb Township teen Marisa Nahas also features the dance talents of more than 100 local tweens and teens, who spent their Jan. 22 shooting a flash-mob style dance at .

Part music video and part public service announcement, the video showcases the message: "Together kids can knock out bullying one friend at a time!"

The video's song, Inside Out, was written by the Nahas family–Tom, Kelley and Marisa–and Mike Coakley. The music was produced and recorded by Tom Nahas.

The song is currently available for purchase on Amazon MP3 and Rhapsody, and is coming soon to iTunes. Proceeds from the song's sales will be donated to non-profit organizations that support anti-bullying initiatives in America's schools.
