Trash Pickup Delayed 2 Days Because of Winter Weather

Waste Management’s Southeast Michigan collection operations, including in Macomb Township, will be delayed because of the dangers posed by below-zero wind chill factors to employees, and deteriorating road conditions caused by heavy snowfall, according to the Macomb Township website. 

Because of the delays, pickups may be delayed as Waste Management anticipates running the routes in Macomb Township two days behind schedule (Wednesday – Saturday starting in the Monday section) and having everything complete by the end of the day Saturday.  For more information call 1-800-796-9696 or visit www.wm.com.
