Down Memory Lane: The 1950s
The Lorenzo Cultural Center latest exhibit focuses on "The 1950s: Affluence and Anxiety in the Atomic Age." Today's topic is "Skipping through the Halls of Fifties' Memories," with two lectures, one at 11 am and the other at 1 pm. Lois Sprengnether Keel, storyteller and children's librarian, will share her view of growing up in the 1950s and reflect on the time through her adult perspective.
