On March 24 at 11 a.m., Charles Ballard, Ph.D., professor, Michigan State University, examines Michigan's economy at its peak in the 1950s. At the time the state had a booming manufacturing sector and unparalleled population growth. We'll discover how these seeds of phenomenal success led to the economic struggles of today.
