Macomb Township is holding its Halloween Hoopla on Oct. 21 at the Recreation Center. Billed as a family-friendly costume carnival, everyone is invited to dress up and have fun. You can dance at Monster Studio 54, stroll the Trick or Treat Trail, get a new 'do and manicure at the Freaky Hair Salon & Spa, dine at the Caution Cafe, get crafty at the BOO-tique, and get a picture taken for posterity at the Adam's Family Portrait Studio. Concessions will be available. Tickets — $5 per person for residents, and $10 for non-residents — will be on sale until Oct. 17 or until sold out. No tickets will be sold at the door.
