The Lorenzo Cultural Center will feature artwork from 31 L’Anse Creuse students, part of The Scholastic Art Awards sponsored by Macomb Community College and the College for Creative Studies for Macomb, St. Clair and Lapeer counties.
Of the nearly 2,000 works of art and approximately 120 portfolios received from middle school and high school students for adjudication, L’Anse Creuse High School students earned 13 Gold Key Awards and five Silver Key Awards. In addition, L’Anse Creuse High School-North earned one Silver Key Award.
The students will be recognized at an awards ceremony at the Macomb Center for Performing Arts Jan. 31.

Show hours will be Wednesday through Saturday from 10 am-4 pm and Sunday 1-4 pm.
L’Anse Creuse High school students will visit the exhibit on Feb. 15 at 9:30 am.
