PHOTOS: Macomb Woman Unveils Buff New Bod on ABC's 'The Revolution'

Angela Patrick lost 45 pounds during her five-month weight-loss journey with ABC's "The Revolution." She unveiled her slimmer, buffer body on the March 9 episode.

The latest hero of ABC's "The Revolution" is Macomb Township mother of two, Angela Patrick.

Patrick, 44, started her "revolution" five months ago. Visiting a six days a week, changing her eating habits and making a concerted effort to expand her social circle, Patrick shared the ups and downs of her physical and emotional transformation on this week's episodes of "The Revolution."

Starting the show at 194 pounds, Patrick dropped 45 pounds and looked trim and slim Friday in a sleek white pantsuit that had to be specially tailored to fit her new size 6 frame.

“I’m going to say this is a total life change, and I’m never going back," Patrick said in an earlier interview with Patch. "I’ve learned to eat, shop … my entire life has changed. I’ve spent so many hours in the gym, and I know now I can’t take a pill, and can never let things go back to the way they were.”

Patrick was joined on Friday's show by her daughters, Brandi and Brianna, who she credits with encouraging her to concentrate on herself again.

Since starting the show five months ago, the single mother has started dating again and says she fully intends to keep her "Angela plan," carving out enough time for herself, from now on.
