Mad Habit Media Casting for a 'Suburban Family Man' to Star in Next Short Film

The Macomb Township video production company is accepting resumes and headshots this week for those interested in auditioning for the lead in Mad Habit's latest short film.

The search is on for Kyle Warner, a likeable, Caucasian male, between the ages of 35 and 45 who will start in Mad Habit Media's next short film.

Founded by Tom Nahas and Tom Lehrer, is a Macomb Township-based video production company whose work has included promotional pieces for , an anti-bullying campaign sponsored by and the short film, winner of the 2011 Best of The Mitten Short Film competition. 

Nahas and Lehrer are now casting for their next project, a still untitled short film written by Mike Coakley and Nahas and produced by Nahas, Lehrer, Coakley and Kelley Nahas.

The role is that of Kyle Warner, a caucasian man between 35 and 45 years old. Warner is an upper middle class, suburban family man. He is a hard worker, and takes his job seriously. Producers imagine him to be likeable, kind of funny, and sociable, boasting a lot of friends because people like being with him. He loves his wife and daughter even though they challenge his patience now and then and would do anything to protect them.

Those interested in being considered to read for the role should send their headshot/resume and demo-reel link (if available), to casting@madhabitmedia.com by Aug. 17. If chosen to read for the part, producers will be in contact with a date for audition.
