Viewfinder: Drumlines and Winter Guards Compete at Chippewa Valley Invitational
The winter guard and drumline units of Dakota and Chippewa Valley competed against dozens of teams from across the state at Saturday's Chippewa Valley Invitational.
On Satuday, winter guard and drumline units from Chippewa Valley High School and compete at the Chippewa Valley Winter Guard and Drumline Invitational.
Competing in the Percussion AA class, the Chippewa Valley drumline took first place with a score of 75.05. The Dakota drumline placed third with a score of 70.9.
The Chippewa Valley winter guard placed fourth with a score of 70.5 in the AA class, while the Dakota Storm winter guard took fifth in the AAA class with a score of 61.3.
