Bites Nearby: Salad Creations

For the past few weeks, Bites Nearby has featured eateries that cater to the evening hunger bug, so this week, we're featuring a venue perfect for the 30-minute lunch.

Greatest Dish Ever: Chipotle BBQ Chicken. We have a penchant for spice here at Patch, so we tend to favor the dishes that provide a kick to the taste buds. Romaine lettuce, barbecue chipotle chicken, black beans, corn, cilantro, tortilla chips, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, fried onions and a swirl of barbecue  sauce make up this south-of-the-border dish.

Don't Miss: Create your own salad. If you're the person who always requests a different salad dressing than the one that comes with your order or asks the chef to leave out the tomatoes on your BLT salad, use the create-your-own option to invent your perfect salad.

The Vibe: Super casual. Primarily a lunch spot, you can just as easily grab a table by the window and relax as as take your order to go.

Cool Factor: Each salad or panini is made fresh right before your eyes. You can follow your dish from start to finish and see that it is made just the way you want it. This restaurant even offers a specialized menu for diabetics.
