Cooking for Your Blood Type
Ray Wiegand's presents Eating Healthy Foods for your Blood Type and Heritage, a cooking demonstration and sampling event. Chef Colleen Serra will prepare good-for-you, tasty recipes, using local, fresh and organic ingredients.
Attendees must know their blood type. There will be plenty of information available and a chance to sample a salad Serra will be making in class.
Cost is $25.
