New Taco Bell Breaks Ground at Corner of Hall and Romeo Plank

Construction crews are hard at work leveling the former BP gas station at the northeast corner of Hall Road and Romeo Plank to make way for a new Taco Bell.

The former BP gas station at the northeast corner of Hall and Romeo Plank roads was razed this week to make way for a new Taco Bell.

The lot has sat vacant for more than a year, but will soon hold the township's second Taco Bell franchise.

When Macomb Patch asked readers in November 2011 what they thought of the Mexican fast-food restaurant's move, 75 percent of respondents said they were pleased to see this franchise take up residence in the township.
