Pizza Patio: Shield's Plans to Add Outdoor Dining
The restaurant at Romeo Plank and 23 Mile Road will add an outdoor patio to give customers additional dining options.
Those who like a little fresh air at mealtime can soon add to their list of outdoor dining destinations.
The Macomb Township Planning Commission approved the restaurant's plans to add an outdoor patio to the 23 Mile and Romeo Plank location this week and the pizzeria is free to start construction on the addition immediately.
Although pizza is its most popular menu item, Shield's also serves up ribs, salads, pastas, burgers and Sanders hot fudge cream puffs.
