What does your business offer? 

Community Management services including; Management of financials, communications (notices, newsletters, email blasts, social media), vendors, resident interaction, budgets, reserves, capital improvements, collections, and legal.

What's your most popular product or service? 

Handling violations and taking meeting minutes.

What's a fact about your business that most customers probably don't know?

We are not the decision makers...the board of directors for each community is. We supply the board with information and suggestions and the board reviews, discusses, and makes the final decision in every action we take.

When was the business founded?

January 2004

How did your business come to be? 

We started our business because the level of service that was being provided at the time was inadequate. We created the business out of that need and it has grown to this day.
