We're always saying we want more businesses in Macomb - does that wish include funeral homes?

As long as the businesses follow the Township Ordinances and don't try to get around them, new business is great for the Township. We have had too many problems in the past with businesses trying to skirt the system, which is why it is so important for Residents to get out and vote on August 7th. Otherwise, those very business owners may become our elected Officials. An average of one new business is coming into Macomb Township per week, not to mention the tax abatements for our existing manufacturing tool and die base. Why change something that works? New businesses opening and continued support for our existing companies create opportunities for Residents.

Always welcome to more business ... however, driving yesterday (Wednesday) at 5:30PM revealed the Southbound lane of Hayes backed up from LaFata Cabinets to the light at 22 Mile. This is a regular ocurance. Makes for the question of Hayes Road being ready for added traffic?? Ask anyone that shops at Randazzo looking to exit the parking lot.
