Women’s race. Kayla Pfund (LN) of Macomb Community College (MCC) finished fifth with 15:04; her teammates, Dayle Micale (DAK) 16:06; and Sarah Baruzis (DAK) 18:03.

Men’s race, Univ of Detroit Mercy’s (UDM) Colin Creagh (LCN) fifth at 19:46; David Magnotte (DAK) of Oakland University (OU) had a time of 20:43, and MCC’s Jeff Warren (LCN) with 21:49.
Running Fit, Detroit Titan Invitational. September 11, 2011
Pfund (LN) placed second with 19:06, Micale (DAK) had a time of 21:35, Sarah Ball (DAK) from MCC stopped the clock at 23:10. The women’s team placed third.
Creagh (LCN) also placed second at 21:17 followed by Baldick (DAK) 22:31, Warren (LCN) 22:59; and Nick Culberson (DAK) of Wayne State University (WSU) 23:20.

Creagh (LCN) named “Runner of the Week” by the Horizon League.
Michigan State University Spartan Invite. September 16, 2011
Phil Baldick (DAK) from Wayne State University (WSU) clocked 26:11; Warren (LCN) 28:17.
Pfund (LN) crossed the finish line at 22:12; Saginaw Valley State Univ’s (SVSU) Megan Piitoons (DAK) with 22:08; Micale (DAK) and Baguzis (DAK) finished with 25:07 and 25:29 respectively.
National Catholic Championship. September 16, 2011
Creagh (LCN) 26:19. UDM finish 16th overall.
Lorain County Community College (OH) Commodore Invitational. September 23, 2011
MCC’s Pfund won the race with 19:54, followed by team mates Micale (DAK) 21:31 and Baguzis (DAK) 22:50. The Monarchs placed first in the women’s team
rankings.
Warren (LCN) had 29:22, and Kyle Allinder (DAK) 30:17. The men of MCC finished second in the team listing.
Lansing Community College Invitational. October 1, 2011
Warren (LCN) 27:44 and Allinder (DAK) 28:34 helped the men’s team place seventh.
Pfund (LN) wins again with 18:31; SVSU’s Alycia Wright (LN) 18:49; Micale (DAK) 20:59 and Ball (DAK) finished with 22:57.
Greater Louisville (KY) Classic. October 1, 2011
Creagh (LCN) posted 26:01, and the Titans of UDM places ninth in team scores.
