  • Yesterday's storm clouds have finally swept off and today we'll see partly sunny skies with a high near 87 degrees. Save a few dollars on air conditioning tonight when the temperature drops to around 60 degrees, according to the National Weather Service
  • The Chippewa Valley school board voted to spend almost $2 million last night on a project that will change the way students and teachers watch TV and videos in school. For a quick recap of the meeting, click here.
  • In recognition of Macomb Township's German roots, we bring you the German Word of the Day: jung, meaning young, is an adjective pronounced [yung].
  • T-minus two days until the midnight showing of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2! If you're planning to attend the midnight show, but haven't bought your ticket yet, you're going to want to do so now, otherwise you'll either have to wait, or Imperio a friend to give you their's.

After the show ends, stick around for fun at the KiDzOnE, with fun and games and inflatables. This event starts at 11:30 a.m. and ends at 1 p.m.
