  • Wednesday's hazardous weather outlook has passed and today will dawn mostly sunny, with a high near 82 degrees. It will be partly cloudy tonight, with a low around 60, degrees, and winds from the east will keep things calm and cool, according to the National Weather Service
  • In recognition of Macomb Township's German roots, we bring you the German Word of the Day: gestern, meaning yesterday, is an adverb pronounced [guess-tern].
  • The Macomb Township Board of Trustees approved increased water and sewer rates for 2011-12. For customers, this will mean an increase of 54 cents for water and 31 cents for sewer as of July 1, 2011.
