8 Tips to help overcome STRESS…..

 

BREATHE.  Oxygen keeps us calm.  Take a few DEEP breaths.

STAY POSITIVE.  Think positive.  According to the Law of Attraction, “What you think about you bring about.”  Negative attracts negative and positive attracts positive.

TAKE TIME FOR YOURSELF.  We are not perfect.  We all say or do or even forget to do things.  It is important to forgive and move on.  ”Forgive and Forget”.

GET ORGANIZED.  De-clutter your life will equal de-stressing.You do not have to do it all at one time or alone.  Ask for help!

SAY NO.  It is a POWERFUL word.  Have boundaries.

EXPRESS GRATITUDE.  Create a daily list of everything you are grateful for. An attitude of gratitude will promote abundance and well-being.  We can all find At Least 3 things we are GRATEFUL for.

HAVE BALANCE.  Body, Mind and Spirit.  Exercise daily, eat healthy and take time for yourself.  This is critical for a happy life.Your body is a temple and you are the owner of this beautiful temple.
