This information was provided by the Macomb County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

A 20-year-old Applegate man apparently had a rough night in Macomb Township, according to Macomb County Sheriff's officials.

The department says its deputies were dispatched to a home on the 21000 block of Forest Villa for a report of an unwanted guest. When the homeowners arrived, they reportedly found a man asleep on their couch.

The homeowners had no clue who the man was or where had had come from, the department indicated. He was dressed in a black sweatshirt and camouflage pants, asleep on the living room couch, lying on his back with his hands crossed over his chest. He had even taken off his shoes and left them at the door.
