The accident is blocking the eastbound left turn lane on Hall Road between Garfield and Romeo Plank.
A multi-car accident on eastbound Hall Road between Garfield and Romeo Plank has shut down the left turn lane near the Fiat of Lakeside dealership.
The accident occurred at approximately 3:30 p.m. Wednesday. First responders from the Macomb County Sheriff's Office, MedStar EMS and Macomb Township Fire Department are at the scene.
The exact number of vehicles involved in the accident is unknown at this time, as is the extent of injuries of the passengers involved.

Hall Road traffic is being allowed around the accident, which is currently only blocking the eastbound left turn lane.
