On the Agenda: What Township Trustees Will Consider at Tonight's Meeting
A public hearing during the meeting will allow township residents to voice their opinions on the 2011-12 Macomb Township budget.
Macomb Township residents will have a chance to add their voices to discussion of the 2011-12 township budget during a public hearing at tonight's board of trustees meeting.
The public hearing will be held during the first public comments session of the June 7 meeting.
Other issues the trustees will address include a disciplinary matter within the fire department, appointments to township boards and commissions, and a temporary turn around for Hidden Meadows Drive.

- Easement Encroachment: Lot 15 in Emerald Green subdivision and Lot 185 in Beacon Square subdivision.
- Consideration of Cost Estimate and Project Approval: For the construction of a temporary turn around on Hidden Meadows Drive.
- Personnel: Initiate the hiring process for an election coordinator.
- Appointments: Request to appoint the Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors, reappoint individuals to the Building Authority and Planning Commission.
