Macomb Township will install the new equipment this year at a cost of $69,700, according to The Macomb Daily.

Macomb Corners Park will have a new playground for children with special needs this summer, according to a report in The Macomb Daily.

Though the park is handicap accessible, it does not have playground equipment for disabled children.

But that will change with the installation of the $69,700 set this year. The funding will come from Community Development Block Grant funds, according to The Macomb Daily.
