Township Looks to Sell 5 Koss Farms Lots

The township must receive bids from prospective buyers by 10 a.m. July 11.

"For Sale" signs are a familiar sight in many local neighborhoods and now even the township is getting in on the summer selling season. Macomb Township is accepting bids for the purchase of five lots in the Koss Farms subdivision.

The fully improved platted lots will be sold "as is" and the buyer will be responsible for all closing costs. The bid must be for all five lots and the township reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, although there is no minimum bid price.

While the township has not had the property inspected, the property is available for inspection at any time prior to the submission of bids.
