Community Update

I was a regular patron of Salad Creations on Hall Road. The last time I was there, they were having a special promotion that included a small "create your own" salad. A regular "create your own" salad includes as many "toss-ins" as you wish. I wanted four toss-ins, but was told I was limited to three! I pointed out that the sign read that it was a "create your own salad", but was told that "all our customers know that doesn't really mean 'create your own'". Huh???? Okay...I get that these are young kids working there and they don't always use common sense, but when I inquired about this on the Salad Creations Website, I NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE BACK!! So apparently, this company feels they have enough business? They don't care about keeping their customers happy. Well, guess what...there's a Jimmy John's right next door and they are always very nice & accommodating at Jimmy Johns. I will never go to Salad Creations again. It wasn't that great anyway.
