Chippewa Valley Promotes 9 to Assistant Principal Posts for 2012-13

Dakota High School, Iroquois, Wyandot and Seneca middle schools, and Cheyenne, Sequoyah and Shawnee elementary schools will have new assistant principals this year.

Nine Chippewa Valley teachers will open new chapters in their respective careers today as they begin work as assistant principals in seven of the district’s elementary, middle and high schools.

Frank Bellomo, Nicole Faehner, Mark Johnson, Jonathan Jones, Christina Kozouz, Lynn Mair, Andrea McVicar, Lisa Reisner and Kelly Shock were promoted this year to fill newly created administrative positions as well as those created by retirements in 2011-12.

“It was an absolutely spectacular pool of candidates and what is so remarkable about these people, I think, is their dedication to students and the community, Chippewa Valley Schools,” said Superintendent Ron Roberts. “They are outstanding and I think they’ll bring many positive attributes to our administrative team.”
