Teaching Kids to Make Healthy Food Choices

The Lorenzo Cultural Center has a special program planned on Sunday, "Making Healthy Choices." Children who attend will learn the red light, yellow light and green light approach to identifying healthy foods, and then make a healthy trail mix to take home.

This presentation is part of a series of programs, Michigan’s Harvest: Food, Farming and Community, now going on through Nov. 20.

There is no cost to attend, although pre-registration is required. Call 586-445-7348 or go online at www.LorenzoCulturalCenter.com to sign up or to get more information.
