The Case of "The Detroit Six"

As part of its "The 1950s: Affluence and Anxiety in the Atomic Age," the Lorenzo Cultural Center presents a number of exhibits and lectures, including "First Amendment on Trial: The Case of the Detroit Six" on March 11. Ronald Aronson, Ph.D., professor, Wayne State University, will show a documentary about the Michigan Communist Party trials of the 1950s and lead a discussion about First Amendment rights that are still relevant now.
