The 12th MAC White game of the season, the win takes North to a 6-4-2 MAC White record and 10-5-2 overall season record.
Lakeview's MAC White record stands at 0-11-1 and overall at 3-12-2 for the season.
North's Stephanie Garland, assisted by Angela Vultaggio, scored in the first half to give the Crusaders a 1-0 lead heading into the second half.
Garland, assisted by Vultaggio, and later, Vultaggio, assisted by Garland, scored in the second half to finish the game 3-0.
Keeper Maniaci made four saves to shut out Lakeview.
