Community Update

Our son had his oil changed on Thursday, 11/7 at the 23 and Romeo Plank shop and it appears the technician either failed to install the oil filter or did not tighten it properly. Other than installing a new oil filter and replenishing the oil, the establishment has done nothing else to remedy the situation. Our son is incurring numerous charges, including car rental, towing and another shop diagnosing the engine to see if it’s even worth repairing. The owner has not had the decency to even return our numerous phone calls. We’ve been going to this place and to the sister place on 21 Mile and North Avenue for years and can’t believe the owner could be so callous.
