Two District Soccer Championships Within Reach for Macomb Boys Teams
Dakota, L'Anse Creuse North and Lutheran North's boys soccer teams are within striking distance of winning their respective district championships this week.
Division 1 Boys Soccer
If both the and boys soccer teams bring home wins this Thursday, Saturday's championship game will see Macomb Township's two largest high schools battling it out for the district title.
All District 11 championship games will be played at L'Anse Creuse North.

L'Anse Creuse North dealt a 2-0 defeat to Port Huron Northern Oct. 18 and will now face Eisenhower at home Oct. 20.

Championship
The winners of the L'Anse Creuse North vs. Eisenhower and Dakota vs. Romeo games will battle for the District 11 championship 1 p.m. Saturday at L'Anse Creuse North.
Division 3 Boys Soccer
Shutting out South Lake 3-0 Oct. 17, the Mustangs are set to face Clawson Oct. 20 at Pontiac Notre Dame Prep. Lutheran North has eliminated Clawson from the playoffs for two straight years.
Championship
The winner of this contest will play the winner of the Country Day-Mt. Clemens matchup in the championship Oct. 21 at Notre Dame Prep.
