The L’Anse Creuse North Crusaders knocked off the Romeo Bulldogs Friday night in the first round of the state playoffs. The Crusaders won by a score of 35-21 as they captured their first postseason win in school history.
At halftime, the game was all knotted up at 14 between the Crusaders and Bulldogs. LCN stormed out to a 35-14 lead in the second half, however, and their 21 unanswered points proved to be too much to overcome as the Bulldogs fell by a final score of 35-21.
