Lady Cougars Defeat Grosse Pointe North Norsemen 46-38
The win helped Dakota to a 1-0 record in the MAC Red.
In its first MAC Red game of the season Tuesday, the varsity girls basketball team defeated Grosse Pointe North 46-38.
The Cougars were led by , who logged 17 points and six steals. Following Bates was with 8 points, Olivia Savage with 7 points and four assists, and Kylie Churches with another 5 points and 12 rebounds.
The win takes the Cougar's MAC Red record to 1-0 and its overall season record to 5-2.
