This salon has a high turnover of stylists. There prices are decent, but there is a reason. Beyond a regular mans haircut and a solid color, they cant do much more than that. They have no one there capable of doing modern styles. The staff seems stressed and unhappy. Walking in you see a very elegant shop, but the level of ability to keep up with the latest styles and trends is below a one. Pay the extra money and go elsewhere. For the first time in my life I cried after leaving this salon. All they will do is put you with another stylists to attempt to fix the others mistakes, WHY would I go back there at all! They offer no refund and I am now going to a funeral looking like this. I have only had satisfactory hair cuts and horrific highlights. I have been to other salons that were capable of doing highlights, lowlights, multi-tonal hair. Don't bother bringing in a picture, they will just try to talk you out of it, because they can't do it. So after spending 100 dollars on my hair, I know have to spend another 100 somewhere else. No woman wants to come home from the salon and her husband ask her why she changed her mind about the hair style, and that he doesn't like it at all. Thank you SALON KRISTEN, for ruining my hair which I must live with, because no way will I trust one of your stylists again. I waited five months for the money to get my hair done, and now I can't look in the mirror without crying.

This was a horrible experience! My shellac manicure was disgusting! I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone. I have polish all over my nails, the sticky residue was left on, and my cuticles were never removed. SO unhappy. I should have said something but I don't have the guts to.
