The coffee company will start offering the $1 cups Thursday.
Starting Thursday, Starbucks will be offering a more eco-friendly way to enjoy their coffee According to the Detroit Free Press, the coffee giant will begin selling reusable cups on Jan. 3 in an attempt to reduce the waste created by customers purchasing millions of beverages every day—and throwing their cups away. We're counting down the days and double checking our list of chores pre-Christmas. Follow along and add your own tricks to keep this holiday on track. We start with a little meditation and retail therapy.

Butkovich launched the Utica store in 2008, but after more than four years in the business, the 29-year-old Washington Township resident told Patch he has decided to hang up his apron and set down the Caramel Marvels. "It was a learning experience for sure," he said of his experience in the business. "I learned a lot in the last three and a half years. I think it’s a good company. They’ll end up taking over the Midwest market and at least Michigan, and I think they’ll continue to grow." Butkovich assured his loyal Biggby fans …
