Macomb's EastSide Grill will expand its dining options this summer with the addition of an outdoor patio on its west side, facing Hayes Road. The restaurant's plan was approved by the township Planning Commission on Tuesday and EastSide General Manager Joe Tartaglia said building will begin immediately, with the goal being to have the patio open by late July. “Being the community’s local pub, I think on a Saturday and Sunday it would be enjoyable to sit outside,” Tartaglia said of the restaurant's decision to add the patio. “July is coming out hot, but August and September will be really nice.
