The Henry Ford Health System has released this fact sheet on the truths and myths of fighting the flu. The flu vaccination is the best way to protect yourself and your family. Sickest I have ever felt was when I received the flu vaccine. . .and that was two years in a row. Coincidence?? I'm not so sure. . . they say it's dead, but then perhaps "something else" in that vaccine. . . like Mercury, preservatives, etc., can make one sick!
