Cintas Corp. in Macomb Receives State Award for Safety and Health
The Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration recognized Cintas Corporation’s Macomb Township facility for its outstanding safety and health record Sept. 7.
The 118 employees working out of Cintas Corporation's Macomb Township location should be pleased to know that their facility has one of the best health and safety records in Michigan, according to state officials. On Friday, representatives from the Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration (MIOSHA) presented Cintas managers with the MIOSHA Consultation Education and Training (CET) Silver Award. The CET Silver Award recognizes an outstanding safety record of working one year without a lost-time accident. With 118 employees at the Macomb Township facility, such an award is not easily achieved.
