I'm homeowner in Macomb Town Center - we moved in Dec 2009. We love our home & area. When we saw the homes & vacant property in summer of 2009, the empty lots were kept up & everything looked good..
I have been extremely dissapointed from the people that managed the common area (empty lots & parks) & w/ the Leone's. I emailed several pictures & called aprox. 15 times to complain of the Lots overgrown. The lots were cut twice.
Aprox. 10 feet of frontage on the lots were cut a few times, but the area looks bad when you have weeds over 10 feet tall. I went to the township a few weeks ago & was told the Leone's did not plan to plow the sub-division. However they did plow last week, last winter it was plowed regularily after a snow storm... Both my daughter & I were stuck in the snow our own street last week.... Just not something we expected when we purchased.
This summer I cut the front of the lots on a couple of the streets everyother week (15-20 hours p/weekend), I also hired a Landscaping company to replace 6 trees on the common area along 24 mile - NONE of this was my responsibility, nor did I get any money.
Again, did all this because I care where I live & so do the other fine neighbors in this sub....

They haven't built they just purchased and closed on Sept 1st phase one of The Macomb Town Center South 180 lots approx, includes townhouses and stacked units that have not been started yet. The sub currently has 13 homeowners living here 2 homes are previous models of Mr. Manzella and they are being rented so 11 real homeowners and 6 townhouse owners. So if you know them are they going to inprove this place because so far after getting a steal on it they have done not much we have maintained with our two neighbors the park across from us many dead trees everywhere and not looking very good..........................

Where is the sub located that the Leone's built?

What other problems have you and your neighbors had with the Leone Family? Other than snow care.

Yes they did and finally had it done on wed. after a meeting at the twp. on tuesday. There are only 13 homes and 6 townhouses out here and one homeowner said he has made several calls to the Leone Family not to mention others that have called them. It is very sad to say the least that they care so little about what there future could become people are not happy with them.
